What Your Role will involve:
* Serve customers in a timely and courteous manner, showing good manners in all situations and personalising interactions by remembering details when possible.
* Always make yourself available to customers – nothing is too much trouble.
* Acknowledge customers entering the bar/lounge with a warm welcoming approach.
* Ensure tables are kept clear of glassware and crockery cleaned during the course of a shift and fridges/bar supplies are properly stocked at the start, during and at the end of a shift.
* Carry out all requests as business need dictates, by a member of the management team.
* Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
As the ideal Bar Staff you must have:
* A flexible attitude and keen desire to learn.
* Great time keeping and reliability.
* Excellent attention to detail.
