And a protector and promoter of the best ideas. A departmental totem - Someone for the team to look up to, and set the expectation for the department. Loves accountability, and ensuring it’s a best in class operation. A growth obsessive - Someone who is always looking at ways to deliver more for their clients. More value, more services, more innovation. A cultural lightening rod - Someone who has a beady eye on what’s going on in culture out there. But also someone who had an even beadier eye on the culture at That Lot. And is making it the best it can possibly be.
