I am currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator to work for a fantastic organisation based just south of St Neots. They’re looking for someone who has experience working in a sales and customer service environment and is a real people person. This role can be based from Cambridge or St Neots. Working hours: 7am-5pm excellent benefits Typical duties would include: Responding to customers, via phone, email and webchat Handling incoming calls and providing support to customers where required Processing orders and returns Liaising with all departments daily, from warehouse to finance to ensure an excellent customer experience Making sure the internal system is up to date with customer activity The successful candidate: Previous experience within a fast-paced customer service/sales support environment Able to work to deadlines and manage priorities A high level of attention to detail Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Proficient IT skills with Outlook, Word & Excel If this role looks like the new challenge that you are looking for please apply via the advert or contact Emma at Eclectic Recruitment.
