As part of ongoing board development, Imroc is seeking visionary leaders to join our Board of Trustees to ensure we maintain a diverse group with the requisite skills and experience to guide our innovative work in mental health transformation. We are currently recruiting for multiple Trustee positions, with previous charity trustee experience and people management being essential for one of these roles. This gives you the opportunity to learn more about the role and share your initial thoughts. Stage 2: Formal Interview Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in formal discussions with our selection panel. This stage will involve a more detailed exploration of your experience and vision for the role. Stage 3: Shadowing Successful candidates from the formal interview stage will be invited to observe a board meeting. This provides an invaluable opportunity to experience the board's dynamics firsthand and understand how decisions are made. It also allows both parties to ensure there is a good fit before finalising the appointment.
