Salary: 55,000-64,000

About the Role: My client are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join their team.
This site-based role involves overseeing a project, focusing on new builds (extensions) and refurbishments.
Projects are valued between 3M-7M across the public, retail, commercial and education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage and oversee new build and refurbishment projects valued at 5M+.
Site: Be present on-site to ensure smooth project execution, as this role is not office-based.
Sector Experience: Apply your extensive experience across different sectors such as retail, commercial, NHS, and education.
Client Interaction: Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 15 years in the construction industry with experience across various sectors.
Qualifications: Ideally SMSTS and First Aid qualified.
Location: Based in Stoke, Staffordshire, Warrington, Oldham, or Stockport.
Background: Ability to take a 5M project from inception to completion
