Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
* Collaboration with Senior Stakeholders: Work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to fully understand the organization's hiring needs, ensuring alignment between recruitment strategies and business objectives.
* Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies that can be easily adopted across the organization. Leverage data and insights to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
* Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
* Talent Pool Development: Proactively build and maintain a strong network of high-quality candidates for current and future recruitment needs.
* Reporting & Metrics: Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on recruitment progress, market trends, and key performance indicators.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with best practices and trends in recruitment, bringing innovative ideas to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, assessment, interview management, and offer negotiation.
* Strong ability to collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and drive talent strategies.
* Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that are scalable and effective across multiple teams or departments.
* Expertise in candidate relationship management, with a focus on providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
