Hours: 45 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As Public Liaison Officer, you'll be working within the Project team, supporting them in developing and implementing stakeholder management plans, engaging with stakeholders, residents, and local organisations, keeping them up to date on our schemes program and delivery, hearing, understanding and implementing community voices into the stakeholder management plan.
Your day to day will include:
* Stakeholder engagement on infrastructure projects / public realm projects, active involvement in the project lifecycle, presenting regular updates to stakeholders at all levels, planning events, addressing concerns regarding traffic disruptions, accessibility, and environmental impacts for stakeholder management, facilitating meetings with client Communications team, keeping the project heading in the right direction
* Being onsite throughout the project, keeping all information up to date and accurate, sharing the build programme, construction phasing and traffic management proposals with all relevant stakeholders
* Achieving the planned goals on the scheme, monitoring and recording working hours on projects, supporting weekly collaborative planning sessions, hitting program deadline and milestones
* Developing an organisational culture within schemes that embodies the values of TKJV
* Aiding communications and relationships with other teams, customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and government agencies for the schemes
What are we looking for?
This role of Public Liaison Officer is great for you if:
* You hold experience in the public domain, passionate about inclusivity in public infrastructure projects, adept at communication, advocating for equality, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels / working on highway infrastructure projects
* Can drive / hold a manual driving licence
* Are well organised, proactive and can work collaboratively to tight program deadlines
