We’re hiring for a Logistics Administrator to join a global distribution leader at their modern site in Stockport.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods across the UK and Europe, liaising with third-party warehouses, and managing compliance with import and export regulations.

What will you be doing as a Logistics Administrator?
1. Assisting with import and export documentation, including customs clearances
2. Coordinating the movement of goods from third-party warehouses
3. Managing compliance with shipping regulations and record-keeping
4. Raising invoices, customer orders, delivery notes, and certificates of analysis
5. Collaborating with suppliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries
6. Overseeing stock management and general administrative duties
7. Booking transport and ensuring all deliveries are pre-arranged with customers
8. Liaising with team members across sales, purchasing, and logistics to meet deadlines effectively
What do you need?
1. Experience in logistics across air, sea, and road (UK/EU movements)
2. Strong knowledge of imports/exports
3. Excellent communication, organisational, and writing skills
