We are looking for an experienced and innovative Lead Creative to spearhead the development and execution of creative strategies across the Express Electrical Group. This role is central to defining and implementing a cohesive brand identity across multiple touch points, ensuring creative output aligns with our business objectives.
As the Lead Creative, you will oversee the Graphic Designer and Marketing Executive growing our visual communications and collaborating with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the creative direction working on multiple brand guidelines across the Express Electrical Group.
* Manage and mentor the development of the inhouse Graphic Designer and Marketing Executive.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure communication and brand messaging.
* Develop innovative and engaging creative strategies for print and digital environments.
* Design and produce marketing materials that target both B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
* Oversee the creation of brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all projects.
* Manage external agencies to deliver high-quality output within budget and timelines.
* Support content creation strategies, including photography, videography, and social media campaigns.
* Ensure all creative projects meet the highest standards and are delivered on time.
What We Need
* Proven experience in a senior design or creative leadership role, ideally in a multi-brand environment.
* Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design skills across various mediums.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with design for web, social media and print.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
* A proactive and innovative approach to problem solving and creative development.
