We are currently seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on large-scale healthcare project. Role Overview: As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all site activities, ensuring the efficient, safe, and timely delivery of projects. You will be overseeing a team of site managers and supervisors while ensuring that all work complies with safety standards, quality specifications, and budgetary requirements. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of construction site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project progress tracking. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor site managers, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure clear communication and effective teamwork on-site. Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain and enforce strict safety protocols in accordance with regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and subcontractors. Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the required quality standards and is completed in accordance with design specifications. Budget and Cost Management: Monitor and control costs on-site, reporting any variances and taking action to avoid cost overruns. Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any queries or issues that may arise during the course of construction. Problem-Solving: Resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays, ensuring that construction work continues smoothly. Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of the project, including milestones, risks, and challenges. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager in general construction, with a minimum of 7 years of experience. Experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques. Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Degree or professional qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (desirable but not essential). CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid (or equivalent certifications).
