About the Role
Being a Chef at Butlin’s really is a role like no other, where you can combine your love for food and cooking alongside making special memories for our guests everyday.As a Chef de Partie, you will work alongside a talented team of chefs to deliver our food proposition across resort which varies from proper pub grub to American Style dining and everything in between. Depending on the venue, you may be working alongside a Sous Chef or Head Chef and you will oversee and manage small teams of commis chefs to deliver excellent quality every time.Responsible for a specified section of the kitchen, you will ensure the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes alongside set recipe specifications and brand standards.When joining Butlin’s, you also will be enrolled in our Award Wining Chef Academy which will allow you to build your skills in a fun and educational environment and grow within your chef career. About You We are looking for individuals that are motivated and keen to progress in a fast paced and exciting brand!Experience in a role at a similar level is essential, along with a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to keep our restaurants turning over smoothly throughout the different breaks we offer to our guests.As with all roles at Butlin’s, whilst your experience is important to us, we are also passionate about finding people with a willingness to learn and a desire to make a difference to our guests.
