Responsible as line manager to manage staff in the dispensaries on a daily basis, including recruitment, induction, appraisal, attendance management, performance review and management, discipline and grievance issues, work and annual leave allocation. Ensure stock levels reflect patient needs, thus contributing to the management of the drugs budget and Trust resources. Ensure that appropriate training is provided for all staff working in the dispensary and training records are maintained and available when required.
