Job Title: Global Advisory Service Development
We are seeking a skilled professional to develop a Global Advisory Service (GAS) for Reall, an innovator and investor in climate-smart affordable housing in cities across Africa and Asia.
About Reall
Reall has worked in Kenya since 2007, delivering impactful initiatives within the sustainable cities and affordable housing impact space. We unlock green affordable housing markets, demonstrate proof of concept housing developments, strengthen market data availability, support design innovation, pioneer new financial instruments, and stimulate scaled investment.
We are headquartered in the UK and have a track record of significant success in the affordable housing sector.
The Role
This role will build on our extensive experience by developing a Global Advisory Service (GAS). The purpose of GAS is to broaden and deepen our impact in the affordable housing sector while generating surplus income to invest in data & evidence, green affordable housing finance, climate and gender mainstreaming, and other new innovations in the affordable housing sector.
You will establish an international consultancy roster that allows Reall's GAS to shortlist vetted experts according to their geographical and thematic expertise, and experience of delivering programmes for major institutional donors, impact investors, and DFIs.
* Include a specific section within the roster for the Government of Kenya's State Department for Housing and Urban Development, featuring experts with relevant affordable housing finance expertise in Kenya/East Africa and ready for deployment with short notice.
What We Offer
We promote an environment of conscious diversity in all its forms and commit to equality, diversity, and equal opportunities. You'll be joining a high-performing, cohesive team with sights firmly on global impact.
We positively encourage applications from those who are suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, religion, or belief.

Please note that you must have the right to live and work in the UK to be eligible to apply for this role.
A successful proposal should include your bid proposal and tender information, including timing, resources, costings, expected deliverables, and time frame of success along with all financial considerations and requirements.
Please ensure your proposal does not exceed £10,000 as proposals above this amount will not be considered.
