Job Specification:
* Location: South-West London
* Job Title: Spanish Teacher
* Contract: Temp to perm
* Full/Part Time: Full Time
* Rate: £140-£200 p/d (DOE) (Paid to scale)
* Hours: 8:30am – 4pm
Spanish Teacher Job Responsibilities:
* Deliver Spanish lessons across key stages 3 and 4, ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning
* Plan and prepare lessons that are engaging and challenging for all ability levels
* Foster an inclusive environment, encouraging students to reach their full potential
* Provide detailed and regular feedback on student achievement, progress, problems etc.
* Promote good pupil behaviour, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents within and beyond the classroom in line with established policy
* Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Modern Foreign Languages department and the wider school
The ideal Spanish Teacher:
* Proven experience teaching Spanish in a school setting.
* Passion for Spanish and MFL and the ability to inspire students.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of varying abilities.
* A proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and students.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
YOU MUST:
* Hold valid RIGHT TO WORK in the UK
* Hold Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
* Provide two professional references
