To perform routine planned preventative maintenance work requiring basic skills (including labouring) as needed. This will include co-operating and assist with multi-skilled maintenance staff to complete tasks safely and in a timely manner. To understand and adhere to the Trust Health and Safety Policies e.g., Fire Safety Policy and Departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) To undertake any training required to undertake planned preventative maintenance programmes (PPM) this may include: Emergency light testing, Water safety/mechanical tasks, Minor door repairs/replacements such as handles, locks, signs etc Please refer to the attached Job Description for a full list of responsibilities.
