We are working for a hugely successful company based in Bradford 4. They are looking for a scheduler to join their planning team. This role's responsibilities include scheduling work in both resedential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with industry standards and meeting customer service level agreement and expectations. The role involves interaction with internal colleagues, external clients and residents. Main responsibilies: - Contact tenant & property managers to understand their concerns and communicate the process Make appointments for the operatives to attend the property to carry out the necessary procedures following company and industry standards and guidelines Keep schedule up to date with all work logged Assist, support and co-operate with all colleauges as required to deliver the service to customers Co-ordinate with the operatives to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Escalate any concerns or issues to line manager and account managers Maintain detailed records of assessment, procedures and customer interactions Prepare comprehensive reports documenting the status of affected areas Knowledge & Skills Needed: - Knowledge of remediation techniques and safety protocols is desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail MS Office knowledge is essential Experience of Job Logic is desirable
