We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background as Finance Supervisors, Bookkeepers, Office Managers with finance experience, or Bursars. The candidate must have extensive accountancy experience and demonstrate strong team leadership skills. Day-to-day of the role: Oversee financial operations, and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation's goals. Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. Help prepare financial statements and reports to senior management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with organisational objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, such as Finance Supervisor, Bookkeeper, Office Manager, or Bursar. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Demonstrated team leadership and management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Administration Duties. Handle correspondence and communication Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Assist with the preparation of financial audits and reviews.
