Finance Office Manager – Ashburton – Permanent Position - £35,000 - £40,000 D.O.E. – Full Time - 9am - 5pm - Free Parking, Office Based, Pension and Sick Pay Schemes. 28 Days Holidays. Available to start January 2025
With over 1,500 clients, this is a busy and varied role. As Manager, you will be supported by 1 x P/T Credit Controller and 1 x P/T Administrator to enable you to run the office efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
2. Manage and mentor the part-time Credit Controller and Administrator.
3. Prepare financial reports and present them to stakeholders.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
5. Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a finance management role.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
