Department Profile Flutter Entertainment Internal Audit function is a Group-wide function responsible for delivering the annual internal audit plan, promoting effective internal controls and risk management and providing guidance to the business on all aspects of internal audit, governance, risk management and business process improvements. Role Purpose An opportunity has arisen for an Audit Manager to join the team. This role will help ensure internal controls are appropriately crafted, operationally effective and aligned with Flutter objectives. The position involves planning, driving and reporting on a range of Internal Audit assignments. Accountabilities Audit Planning Involved in the overall audit planning process, attending collaborator meetings and providing input into the audit plan Audit Projects Leading the planning, preparation and completion of audit projects across the Group following defined quality standards and deadlines Setting and promoting high standards of audit work and ensuring high standard quality audit reports are delivered consistently Suggesting effective changes to audit methodologies and procedures Candidate required to occasionally travel. Approximately 10%.
