Your New Role…
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Programmer to complement our technology group who develop Traffic, Population, Vehicle, Navigation, Physics and Animation solutions for our next AAA title. If you have a passion for games and experience in a tech centric discipline, we want you to join us.
This is a fantastic opportunity to have a big impact on our latest Lego adventure, that’s still forming in the early stages of preproduction. You’ll be collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to tackle the technical aspects of one of our key systems or features.

Your Role Accountabilities…
1. Proactively anticipate and identify requirements.
2. Architect high quality, and performant solutions for technical and workflow issues.
3. Adopt a breadth-first and iterative approach to development.
4. Collaborate with feature teams to achieve group objectives.
Qualifications & Experience…
5. Highly proficient in C++.
6. Excellent communication skills and a passion for collaboration.
7. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
8. Unreal Engine experience beneficial but not essential.
9. Knowledge of Data Driven rather than Object Oriented design concepts.
