Our team of non-contentious Intellectual Property Lawyers have extensive experience advising on the development and exploitation of IP and IP in contracts. We specialise in high-quality work for both commercial and public sector clients and are looking to further strengthen the team with an IP Lawyer who is driven and passionate about IP.

The Work
Our expertise in Intellectual Property includes the following:
1. IP transactions, such as licensing, assignments and franchising
2. advice on structuring IP ownership

What you'll need
6. Relevant experience working on non-contentious/transactional Intellectual Property matters
7. Be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
8. Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
9. Be self-motivated and willing to learn
10. Experience of leading others to develop their skills and knowledge.
11. Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
