It’s an exciting time to join our Hotel Support Team (internally known as Hotel Booking Support Team) where the aim is to find a first time resolution for all our hotels across the UK. You’ll be the first point of contact to support our operational teams in answering queries via email and finding solutions to a wide range of operational, technical and commercial problems. You will work closely with the Revenue team to ensure hotels understand why overbooking is a key revenue generator and to ensure that there is operational compliance regarding the outbooking process. This ensures there is always the right balance between the commercial focus and our customers' experience. You will be working with and supporting our internal stakeholders to ensure that occupancy and revenue is maximised at every opportunity. You will produce daily reports which are sent to and used by our internal maintenance teams to prioritise hotels that have rooms offline to reduce any risk of having to outlook customers and to ensure that lost revenue is kept to a minimum.
