The Peripatetic Manager will support various care homes across the region, stepping in as needed in the absence of Home Managers, integrating new homes, and assisting in various operational projects to improve occupancy, reduce vacancies, and foster cultural change aligned with the groups vision and values. Key Responsibilities: • Management Support: Lead care homes in the absence of Home Managers, ensuring continuity of high-quality care. • Integration of New Homes: Assist in the smooth integration of new care homes. • Performance Improvement: Support Home Managers in achieving operational and care objectives. • Process Documentation: Help document and standardise processes across care homes. • System Enhancements: Assist with the addition of new modules to electronic systems (e.g., eMAR). • Occupancy & Vacancy Projects: Contribute to projects aimed at increasing occupancy and reducing vacancies/agency usage. • Cultural Change Initiatives: Lead and support initiatives to embed cultural and behavioural changes in line with company values. • Holiday & Absence Cover: Provide holiday cover and support to other teams where required. Essential Requirements: • NVQ Level 3 in Care (or equivalent qualification), or Registered Nurse status with a willingness to work towards NVQ Level 5 or 7 • Minimum of one year’s experience as a Home Manager within an elderly residential or nursing home • Proven experience as a Registered Manager with a "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC rating • Local to Lincolnshire and happy to travel as required.
