JOB SPECIFICATION
To deliver exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the daily operations of the customer service department. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for customers and sales representatives, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle enquiries through multiple channels including telephone and email.
Provide accurate information about products and services
Guiding customers (surgeons) and employees through processes
Accurately processing orders and invoicing customers
Setting up new customers
Maintaining customer databases
Chase outstanding invoices, fulfilling any requests to aid swift payment
Provide monthly account statements
Coordinating with other departments e.g logistics and sales
Reporting MI data
KEY SKILLS and COMPETENCIES
Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft word Excel and Outlook
Be thorough and understand importance of accuracy
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient with numbers
Desire to learn and develop both independently and as part of a team
