What You'll Be Doing
As an Emergency Response Coordinator with Careline Support Ltd, you will be at the forefront of supporting residents in need. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls and respond to situations effectively. This may involve dealing with emergency situations such as fires or security breaches, as well as simply providing a listening ear to those who need it.
In addition to your core duties, you will also be responsible for accurately logging each call and inputting relevant information into our CRM system. This ensures that we can provide consistent and high-quality service to our residents.
