We are looking for an outstanding Bank Housekeeper with a passion for making a difference to others. You'll be working on a flexible bank contract at Cygnet Newham House, helping maintain a safe and healthy environment for the people in our care.
Cygnet Newham House is our 20-bed neuropsychiatric care and treatment facility providing rehabilitation for women affected by acquired brain injuries (ABI). The hospital provides a safe and secure place to aid recovery alongside offering those diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease like Huntington's Disease, a placement to support and help manage the progression of their symptoms.
The hospital is a modern, purpose-built facility, designed specifically to provide a clinically-led evidence-based neuropsychiatric pathway for individuals presenting with behaviours that challenge as a result of their ABI. Our focus is to create a therapeutic rich environment to engage the women in our care and offer them the opportunity to maximise their independence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure the site maintains a high level of cleanliness.
2. Carry out daily & weekly cleaning regimes.
3. Maintain & replenish stock and ensure that equipment is clean & well maintained.
4. Employ safe working practices & adhere to health & safety procedures.
5. Comply with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations.

You are...
1. Experienced in cleaning, housekeeping or domestic work (desirable).
2. Knowledgeable of COSHH (desirable).
3. Friendly, conscientious & have a positive attitude.
4. A good communicator.
