The role We are seeking a Community Fundraising Assistant who will be the first point of contact for our community fundraisers, who are looking to raise vital funds for us, and provide administrative support for the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service to become astrong ambassador for our emotive and highly regarded cause. We are looking for an organised, hard-working individual to join our fun, supportive Community and Events Fundraising team. As part of the role, you will be assisting with the day-to-day activities of the team, attending & supporting events hosted by Thames Valley Air Ambulance & our fantastic supporters and assisting in stewarding our fundraisers during their fundraising activities. You will also ensure that supporters receive a timely, positive thank you once they have completed their fundraising. With our fundraising activities ranging from national challenges, such as the London Marathon, to local events, like our motorcycle ride out Ride Out for Rescue, youll have plenty of opportunities to be out and about discovering what makes our wonderful supporters so passionate about Thames Valley Air Ambulance. Indeed, as a local charity, we are very fortunate to be able to meet supporters from right across the community, which truly is a highlight of the job.
