Job Description
We are working with a Freeholder who manages residential and commercial units. They are looking to appoint a lead on their Operations to cover three main areas:
1. Block Management: Oversight of portfolio, including managing the agents, signing off budgets, and dealing with a high level of complaints. Involvement in the acquisition and take-on process of new sites (alongside our acquisitions and internal/external lawyers).
2. Insurance: Working with brokers and other related providers to ensure robust cover and value for money. A lot of this role is oversight and challenging the brokers, mostly common sense driven rather than technical. Reviewing (not handling) claims to ensure only valid ones progress.
3. Customer Service: This extends up the chain to other institutional freeholders managed by the client. Working with the Leaseholders, you might just need to make the odd call on things.
This fantastic opportunity will involve travel across the UK but will be based in Bolton in the office.
