The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences. They will also be involved in store operations, including stock management, security, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
* Foster a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Manage store operations effectively, including stock replenishment, cash handling, and security procedures.
* Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and maintain store appearance.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or hospitality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
