Keep reading As Curriculum Development Executive you will be responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of curriculum and content that drives professional and commercial success in our business partner and skin therapist communities. Working with the Education Management Team to align education content and assets to company and department strategies, you will take responsibility for the timely execution and delivery of new and updated education materials along with any required Education Team delivery coaching. Could this be you? • Aligns with Education Learning and Content and wider Education strategy for effective brand training through in person, live stream and on demand education design, development, and delivery • Works closely with Education Managers and Executives, or others where appropriate, for subject matter expertise and understanding of best practice to innovate • Delivers effective and engaging skills-led curriculum underpinned by accurate and up-to-date scientific and technical knowledge. • Develops and prepares teaching and training assets to support new and existing workshops, internal or external presentations, training programmes and innovation launches. Includes document and asset production in multiple formats including, but not limited to, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe PDF, and Excel. • Develops and prepares self-led learning assets including Articulate e-learning, interactive resources and Moodle activities to capitalise on digital learning opportunities. • Oversees preparation and delivery of all new workshop profiles and descriptions for Education Marketing and Calendar Scheduling. • Identifies and adjusts curriculum in line with changes to industry regulation or skills, brand position, new product and skin science. • Monitors and tracks workshop performance and feedback for continuous improvement. • Collaborates with Curriculum Administrator on regular review of platforms including pro.dermalogica.co.uk, learn.dermalogica.co.uk and business.dermalogica.co.uk to ensure content is current and accurate. • Updates system templates to reflect new product launches, discontinuations, and adjustments to brand position or business protocol. • Manages escalation process and responses for technical queries. • Delivers workshops, presentations and training regularly including pilot teaching new workshops to evaluate outcomes and impact. • Maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of all products, treatments, aesthetic procedures, and concepts offered by Dermalogica. • Represents Dermalogica at events such as trade shows, product and service launches and at business partner events. • Represents the company in print and at various events or online. Includes developing and executing presentations to an excellent Dermalogica standard, digital delivery on social media, live streams, video segments and PR and influencer support when required. • Stays abreast of trends, developments and requirements within the wider professional skin care industry. • Leads by example and displays a highly professional and motivated approach to all duties. • Demonstrates excellent time management of individual schedule while able to strategically prioritize tasks and responsibilities. Do you have the below skills? • Skin care qualification and experience [Minimum Level 4] • Excellent written and oral English communication skills • A-C grade A Level English or equivalent • Teaching or Life-Long Learning qualification • Advanced PowerPoint Skills • Advanced Word Skills • Basic Excel • Basic Video Editing Skills • Articulate 360 or E-Learning Development • Knowledge of Dermalogica product line a plus • Adobe Acrobat Skills • Learning Management System experience preferably Moodle • Instructional design • Digital asset development • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities • Self-directed • Project Management Skills • Time Management Skills What is in it for you?
