Senior Sales Advisor – New Homes Industry (Retirement Development)

Position: Senior Sales Advisor
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Tuesday to Saturday)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Commission
Our client, a leading developer in the new homes industry, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Advisor to join their team at a stunning retirement development in the picturesque Cotswolds. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is comfortable with IT systems, CRM software, and has a solid understanding of marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Service: Provide expert guidance to prospective buyers, ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey.
2. Reporting: Regularly produce and manage sales reports, utilizing strong IT skills to track performance and maintain accurate records.
3. CRM Systems: Efficiently manage leads and customer data using the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and followed up appropriately.
4. Marketing: Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and collaborating with the marketing team to increase visibility of the development.
5. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
About You:
1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, ideally within the new homes or property sector, with a focus on retirement developments.
2. Strong IT Skills: Comfortable with reporting, using CRM systems, and other software tools.
3. Marketing Knowledge: Experience in supporting or executing marketing strategies for property developments.
4. Sales Driven: A track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
5. Professional and Personable: Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
