This role involves overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, payroll, benefits, learning and development, and HR policies. The ideal candidate will have prior payroll experience, proficiency in MS Office, and HR knowledge; certifications are an advantage.
About the Position:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately 35,000 to 45,000 pounds per annum, depending on experience. As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, administering group benefits, and managing recruitment and induction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage European, UK, South African, and US payroll for various clients.
2. Administer group benefits and manage leaver administration.
3. Assist with learning and development, performance management, and updating HR policies.
