FINANCE MANAGER - UP TO £420/DAY - ASAP START DATE - BANBURY
Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a brilliant business in Banbury that are looking for a full-time Finance Manager to join the team ASAP for a short assignment.
Responsibilities:
* Management Accounts preparation and reporting.
* Preparing budgets and forecasting.
* Managing a team of 2 transactional staff (responsible for AP and AR/Credit Control).
* Year-end accounting.
* Leading on the audit and dealing with auditors.
* Partnering with the Operations Director.
* Key analysis of manufacturing costs; labour costs; product costing; cost pricing; sales analysis etc.
Requirements:
* Experienced all-round finance user MS D365/FO.
* Advanced general ledger skills.
* Advanced accounts payable skills.
* Advanced accounts receivable skills.
* Balance sheet reconciliation/specification.
* Good level of excel skills.
* Problem solver.
* Self-starter/able to work independent without daily supervision.
