As a member of the nursing team the post holder is expected to demonstrate a professional, approachable, and helpful manner towards patients, their families and carers. The post holder is expected to actively support high standards of care delivery and to promote the wellbeing of patients. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be pivotal in building rapport and engaging patients in treatment and recovery. Therefore, you will require excellent communication skills, a compassionate and kind attitude and, a commitment to advocating for our patients and promoting their wellbeing. You will work as a valued member of the Aylesbury Crisis and home treatment team to provide compassionate, person-centred care whilst supporting the patient to understand, challenge and overcome their mental health crisis. Able to empathise, be supportive and sensitive to the needs of others as well as being able to cope with distressing circumstances Able to work flexibly on a shift pattern to cover 24hrs of CRHTT Service as required and the ability to travel independently between locations to fulfil the requirements of the position.
