Falmouth Exeter Plus are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Casual Nursery Nurse to join the close-knit team at our Nursery at the Penryn campus. Our unique setting provides a warm, nurturing environment and high quality childcare for children aged 6 months to five years. Ofsted rated ‘Good’, our nurseries are extremely popular and led by a dedicated supportive team that create a warm, homely atmosphere that helps children to settle and thrive. You'll assist in implementing daily planning and activities in a way which provides a stimulating and secure learning environment. This position will be on a casual basis, to provide cover as required. About You The successful candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent, however candidates possessing a level 2 will also be considered. You should possess previous experience of working with children, high standards of care, as well as a flexible approach towards working hours. The nursery is open Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm, therefore we are looking for candidates who are available to cover these hours across the week, when required. The hours for this role will be on an ad-hoc/flexible basis, covering staff absence and therefore could fit around candidates existing commitments.
