Production Office Assistant Competitive Salary 40 Hours per week (Day Shift) Great Team Culture Excellent Company Benefits Our client in Hyde who are a leading supplier in their sector are looking for Production Office Assistant to support the management team with the day-to-day administrative functions, including diary management, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support. The Job Manage systems and programs to ensure the smooth running of the office (ERP systems/Microsoft AX/Microsoft Office Programmes). Create product codes and bill of materials and updating these as necessary. Create and update work orders as assigned by the Production Planner. Update the Production Plan as required when instructed to by the Production Planner/Manager. Create Purchase orders for Maintenance and Production. Deal with general queries on stock for our Ashton Road / Crossley Road sites when require. Produce Production reports and provide cover for the preparation of Planning reports. Help communicate factory updates and notices to employees. General administration duties. About you Previous experience in an office or administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Basic knowledge of office equipment such as copiers, and phone systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
