Due to new programme awards and growth, an innovative manufacturer of complex engineered solutions to the high technology sectors has a new vacancy for an Account Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers ensuring their needs are met, identifying new commercial opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Commutable from: Stonehouse, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stoud, Bristol.
Salary: £ 32,000 - £ 36,000 + excellent benefits
The Role:
Build and develop long-term partnerships with customers.
Work in partnership with Business Development team.
Develop a thorough understanding of products and solutions offered.
Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
Supporting the MRP process aligning requirements with customer demand.
Support with sales activities as required (estimates & quotations)
Attend trade shows, industry events and customer meetings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
The Candidate:
Commercially aware with experience in a customer facing role
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service ethos.
An interest in the industrial sectors (aerospace, automotive, defence, high technology)
Computer literate proficient in Microsoft Office, through understanding of Company
