Job Title: SEN Tutor

£20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide individualised academic support on a one to one basis
* Create and implement tailored learning strategies
* Assess students' progress
* Maintain accurate records of student progress
Required Qualifications:
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt teaching methods
* Excellent communication
* Ability to handle challenging behaviour
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEN teaching or tutoring
Knowledge and Skills:
* Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises
* Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials
* Strong problem-solving skills and patience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs
* Experience using assistive technology in teaching
Working Conditions:
This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing support to students with SEN. The work may require flexibility in terms of scheduling and adapting to individual student needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
