Talent Acquisition Partner - Finance, Technology, Procurement, Retail Support and Facilities
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Logistics Finance Business Partner to support our Logistics leadership team with accurate analysis and insights to drive informed decision-making. In this role, you will also manage relationships with key third-party logistics providers, ensuring cost control and accurate financial reporting. If you have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for optimising logistics costs, we’d love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities
1. Support decision making through the delivery of accurate analysis and insight
2. Evaluate business cases to ensure the logistics costs are accurately calculated
3. Support in the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts
4. Identify and implement improvements to ways of working within the logistics finance team
5. Participate in cross-functional project groups
6. Lead and support cost allocations to both contract customers and owned stores to support the assessment of store profitability

* An accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)

* Good verbal communication skills, ability to articulate financial data in a clear and transparent way
