We are currently looking to recruit a Car Sales Controller who will be responsible in aiding the Sales Manager to support the sales team at Lexus Lincoln in daily operations in such a way to maximize sales.
This will include aiding the Sales Manager in appraising staff training needs and coach staff as required. You will be expected to achieve agreed sales target for new and used cars, within defined operating and financial guidelines.
Excellent package available including a Lexus and OTE of £65,000 - £70,000.
You will also benefit from one weekend off every two weeks (one in two), plus one day off in the week.

Customer Satisfaction (CSI): You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customers expectations, In essence you will ensure that our customers buying experience is industry leading. You will also be accountable for handling customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved effectively.
Maximising Opportunities: To support the sales team in daily operations including but not limited to customer contact, sales deal building and closing and vehicle preparation while ensuring the correct level of stock is kept to the companys agreed level.
