Mervyn Stewart is an expanding, successful, family owned Motor Retailer operating at four locations across Belfast, Bangor and Newtownards. We currently have an exciting and exceptional opportunity for a pro-active and enthusiastic Aftersales Manager to join the Mervyn Stewart team looking after both MG and Skoda at our branch in Conlig. A proven track record in Aftersales Management will be needed with a minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a franchised car dealership. Excellent communication, organizational and team building skills and a high level of commercial awareness will be required. In every aspect of our retailing, the aim is always to exceed customer expectation and so customer care is of paramount importance. Within this role you will be helping lead from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible AfterSales experience. Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure a 5-star customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues. About The Role Role and Responsibilities Leading the team to achieve business objectives Coordinating the team to develop and implement the business plan Manage all aspects of the Customer Experience to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer care. Ensure daily operation of the Aftersales Department in line with Franchise Operating Procedures Lead the team to succeed, continuously looking for areas to improve performance and refine process to maximise efficiency and effectiveness. Collect, monitor and communicate management information to improve performance within the Aftersales Department.
