We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Social Work Manager to lead our high-performing operational Adult Mental Health Team in Hampshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of qualified social workers and case workers, contributing to the department's vision and strategic aims, and promoting equal opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the operational team covering the North East of Hampshire.
* Manage a team of qualified social workers and case workers.
