What The Job Covers:
DEVELOP CONCEPT & STRATEGIES
1. Enhancing creative brief by gathering information and data through research
2. Oversee the creative approach across all client briefs
3. Interpreting the brand’s needs and developing concept/ ideas
4. Lead brand ideation and campaign ideas across social channels and publishing platforms
5. Develop and present creative strategies and ideas for our clients to grow billings and deliver client success
LEAD & INSPIRE TEAM
6. Lead and manage creative production team (including brainstorming session, storytelling ideation and supporting the production and social team)
7. Inspire, motivate, and communicate effectively
8. Work closely with Head of Design & Head of Copy including copywriters, art directors, graphic designers, and social media managers
9. Continuously inspire and share with your team on creative trends and developments
MANAGING DAY-TO-DAY
10. Managing and supervising all projects and team resources.
11. Ensuring resources are allocated according to project needs.
12. Ensure all work to be accurate and meets the brand guidelines in a timely manner (within deadline set)
13. Meeting client objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines.
14. Reviewing team’s daily work and evaluating creative team performance and guiding improvements.
15. Maintain awareness of your team’s pressures and challenges; and work to resolve where possible
RAISING THE BAR
16. Define creative quality benchmarks and then build capabilities across the business to achieve those consistently.
17. Set and maintain high standards and lead by example
18. Support the development of benchmarks for the performance of creative content, and work with the SEO team on the framework for measuring the impact of content in Search, Social, and Paid Media channels.
19. Own the quality sign-off of creative output pre/ post-production
Who We Are Looking For
20. A strategic thinker with wide knowledge
21. Able to pitch, present and ideate ideas beyond digital boundaries
22. Great communicator at all level
23. Have a portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color and composition.
24. Photography, video and storyboard skills
25. Prior experience as an Associate Creative Director either in an agency or on the brand side
