HR Services Analyst Refresco, Kegworth (Central HR team) Hybrid working, 8:30am 5pm Monday Thursday, 8:30am 4pm Fridays. In this role you will be an integral part of the HR Services team, becoming the day-to-day superuser for existing HR systems and processes, and providing First-line support via the ticket system. Having dealt with HR systems and data before, you will be able to suggest developments and improvements to our current systems, data and insights reporting. As we enter a period of transformation with our HR systems (moving to a full Success Factors launch), this role is pivotal to keeping the show on the road with our current HR data and systems tasks. Being a whizz on Excel to deliver analysis and insights on our people data is a must, as is getting quickly up to speed on our current systems. You will also have a solid grounding in HR People data, enabling you to develop FAQs and support guides on HR topics to colleagues and line managers so they can self-serve on 1st line queries. This role focuses on the development and maintenance of existing systems, enabling other members of the team to focus on HR system transformation. Providing monthly KPIs and supporting reward processes including pay and benefits is essential in this role, so a strong systems/analyst background along with good Excel skills is a must. Key responsibilities of the role: Become the superuser for developing existing HR systems and providing accurate People data and insights First line stakeholder engagement with Key supplier contacts, Line managers, HRBPs and colleagues Responsible for creating answers to FAQs and guides on HR Ticket system. Focus on the development and maintenance of existing systems: PXD (our current Payroll/HR system), current LMS and ATS (SuccessFactor Modules), The Holiday Tracker, Benefex (Benefits provider). Maintains existing integrations and trouble shoots any issues that arise. Provides accurate monthly KPI and other data to various stakeholders including Central HR, HRBPs and Finance Supports reward processes by loading in bulk pay data for annual pay review. Deals with queries around pay and benefits, informally by providing the relevant information needed Acts as back-up to HR Co-ordinator to cover absence for vendors, POs & invoices Ensures that systems and data are compliant with GDPR Competencies and skills to be successful as a HR Analyst / HR Advisor at Refresco: You will be an enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated team-player.
