We require an office administrator with strong communication and planning skills to work for a company that is a specialist service provider to all of the UK Water Companies. Working alongside Yorkshire Water they provide, via field engineers, network monitoring and leakage reduction.
Office Administrator – The Role
1. Routine office tasks such as updating data, filing reports and ordering supplies
2. Work scheduling and compiling job dossiers for field engineers
3. Providing telephone support to field engineers involved on various projects
4. Accurate data entry
Office Administrator – Person Specification
1. Planning and organisation skills
2. Excellent communication skills
3. A good telephone manner
4. Self-motivated and reliable
5. Computer literate with experience of Windows and Excel
6. Previous experience working with an organisation that employs field engineers is an advantage
Office Administrator – Benefits Package
1. A starting salary of £24,000pa rising to £26,000pa after a successful trial period
2. Personal Pension Scheme

4. 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
5. Flexible start times available
6. 8am-4pm or 8:30am-4:30pm (with a 1-hour lunch)
7. 20 days holiday (plus 8 Bank Holidays) - 28 days in total
