Contract Type: Full Time Permanent
Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: 2nd Floor, St James Building, 79 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 6FQ
Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per year
Overall Purpose of the Job:
We seek a proactive Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional support, manage feedback systems, and uphold service excellence for our international student community. This role requires balancing complaint resolution, data-driven insights, and cross-department collaboration to enhance client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver professional multilingual support via phone, email, and social platforms.
2. Design/execute customer satisfaction surveys, analyze data, and generate actionable reports.
3. Investigate/resolve complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases to relevant departments.
4. Maintain systematic records of feedback and commendation letters.
5. Audit service quality regularly and propose policy improvements.
6. Coordinate training on company products/services and internal communication workflows.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2. Experience in a customer service or customer facing role (education sector preferred).
3. Knowledge of international student recruitment trends (preferred).
Skills & Competencies
1. Bilingual fluency: Expert English & Mandarin communication (written/spoken).
2. Conflict resolution and cross-functional collaboration skills.
