Role is part time office based working Tuesday and Wednesday 9am-5pm. Hours are non-negotiable.
Salary is £22,000-£24,000 per annum pro rata.
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administration support to the HR Director and the HR Team as directed and assume ownership for the benefits and rewards tasks in the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the team with coordinating the onboarding processes for new starters, including scheduling inductions.
* Maintain an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, changes, and leavers on the system.
* Handle day-to-day HR queries and advise in line with current policies and procedures or escalate to the next level where appropriate.
* Coordinate and assist with periodic processes, such as auditing accuracy of information, collation of completed appraisal documentation, and auditing training logs.
* Promote a positive and professional image of the department by adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards.
* Work as part of a larger team to develop working practices and procedures.
* Manage personal, sensitive, and confidential information in a professional manner.
* Act as the note taker at employee-related meetings including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and welfare meetings, if required.
* Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms, and reports, filing electronic and hard copy documents, and tracking deadlines.
* Handle the HR Inbox queries, escalate to appropriate team members, and ensure a timely response to emails and calls in line with our KPIs.
* Support the HR Director and HR Manager with the development and implementation of projects as required.
* Keep benefit and reward documentation up to date.
* Provide ad hoc reports on HR-related topics as required.
* Input data for the collation of employee statistics and trends.
* Perform any other duties as designated by the HR Director or the HR Manager commensurate with the pay scale for this post.
* Maintain and build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including colleagues, customers, suppliers, and senior management teams.

* Previous administrative experience.
