Location: Regional (Midlands, Yorkshire and Country Durham) and National (Water Network Infrastructure)
Salary: £23 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Working Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on electrical works related to the construction, maintenance, and repair of the water network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with all teams to meet project outputs, standards, and specifications.
* Offer technical guidance and expertise in electrical systems and installations as needed.
* Perform hands-on electrical work, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental standards.
* Provide weekly reports on electrical safety, plant performance, and labour.
* Organise electrical resources for daily tasks.
* Efficiently manage resources, arranging plant and material requirements for site activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Prince 2, AMP qualification, or equivalent.
* Certification: ECS/JIB or relevant industry accreditation, SSSTS training, Compex, BS2391 inspection and testing, full UK driving licence.
* Regulations Knowledge: Understanding of the 18th edition electrical installation regulations.
* Health & Safety: IOSH or equivalent desirable.
* Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office.
* Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation.
* Soft Skills: Influencing skills, organisational skills, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and team collaboration.
