Quality Assurance Executive
Days: 8.30am to 5pm, Mon to Friday
40 hrs: £12ph

GI Pro are working with a precision engineering client located in Coventry, who are actively seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Executive to join their existing team. The role predominantly entails assisting the management of the company quality processes to ensure paperwork and components are produced to company and customer specifications.
Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will:
1. Assist with Quality management system updates, internal audits, and induction of QMS to new employees.
2. Ensure to assist with technical problems, quoting activities, and provide constructive input to technical issues.
3. Assist with IRN, SRN, and CRN systems and ancillary systems.
4. Communicate any NCRs to stakeholders and work with stakeholders to resolve.
5. Carry out investigations in a timely manner.
6. Assist with budget control.
7. Assist with route cards, drawings, works instructions, and route instructions.
8. Assist the inspection department to ensure CMM programs are secured correctly, and management of calibration systems is effective and up to date.
9. Work with other employees to ensure quality and standards are maintained at all times.
10. Adhere to company quality procedures as per QMS.
11. Undertake any reasonable management request.
12. Attend staff meetings when requested.
13. Work flexibly where possible to support the business when needed.
14. Attend training as requested.
15. Communicate clearly and courteously and forward improvement suggestions for discussion.
16. Ensure waste is kept to a minimum to benefit both the company and the environment.
17. Ensure H&S rules and regulations are adhered to at all times.
18. Ensure all components are clearly identified at all times with the use of a Route Card or Split Batch.
19. Inform management immediately of any issues.
Qualifications / Experiences
To qualify for this role, you should have:
1. Previous experience programming on CAD/CAM/Solidworks/Vericut.
2. Online & Offline programming experience.
3. Fully skilled turning setting/operating.
