We are currently working with a well-established professional services business based in the heart of Leeds, who are looking to hire a Junior IT Support Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, keen to learn, and enjoys problem-solving. The Role:
As a Junior IT Support Analyst, you will be providing day-to-day IT support to around 100 colleagues, both remotely and in person. The role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, offering guidance and solutions for general helpdesk queries, and helping to ensure that systems are running smoothly across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide IT support across the business, handling a variety of hardware and software issues.
* Offer remote support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
* Provide on-site support when needed, ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently.
* Assist with ongoing IT projects and contribute to business-wide improvements.
* Work alongside senior IT staff to resolve more complex issues.
What We’re Looking For:
* Graduates with a relevant IT degree or individuals with some commercial IT support experience (e.g., internships, placements, or previous roles).
* A basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and professionally to non-technical staff.
* A proactive and solution-focused approach, with a genuine interest in developing your career in IT.
